December 17, 2025—Records fell on a remarkable day of run-scoring in Gqeberha as South Africa clinched their three-match women’s ODI series against Ireland with a commanding 74-run victory. Batting first, South Africa produced their highest-ever total in women’s 50-over cricket, piling up 375 for six, the 13th-highest score in the history of the format.
