In reply, CSK’s top order faltered under early pressure. Rachin Ravindra and Ruturaj Gaikwad departed cheaply, while Devon Conway was removed by Nigam, who emerged as the bowling hero with two crucial wickets. Kuldeep Yadav further dented CSK’s chase by removing Ravindra Jadeja, leaving the home side struggling for momentum.
