January 30, Kathmandu – Nepal’s women’s cricket team takes on the Netherlands today in the first match of the WT20I Triangular Series at Tribhuvan University (TU) Cricket Ground. The match starts at 12:45 PM, and entrance is free for all fans.
The tournament features Nepal, the Netherlands, and Thailand in a round-robin format. This is only the second time Nepal’s women’s team is playing an international match at TU Cricket Ground.
In the ICC Women’s T20I rankings, Nepal is 20th, the Netherlands 16th, and Thailand 13th. Nepal aims for a strong home performance to climb the rankings.
