The 2027 edition is projected to generate AUS$1.3 billion in direct visitor expenditure from an estimated 250,000 international visitors. With a mission to inspire over 200,000 new participants by 2029, Rugby Australia and World Rugby are determined to make this World Cup a legacy-defining event.
